Shipping
We charge flat-rate shipping and handling on all orders within Canada and the US. The rate changes each week depending on the product. We use Canada Post Lettermail or Regular Parcel and it does not include tracking information. Some weeks, express shipping will be offered which includes tracking and insurance. If you'd like express shipping, but don't see it offered, please contact us at info{at}truecuddles{dot}com for a quote.
For Canadian orders, Canada Post guarantees 2-7 business days (although remote areas may take longer). US orders take approximately 7 – 12 business days to arrive.
We package up our Cuddles and ship them out within seven days of your order, unless otherwise noted.
Returns
Due to the nature and large discounts of True Cuddles' products, we do not accept returns. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase at info{at}truecuddles{dot}com. Your satisfaction is important to us.
